You don't have to concern yourself with the paperwork, we can arrange EVERYTHING for you and in many cases in a single visit.

Have you obtained your pool safety certificate yet?

Every pool in Queensland must now be registered on the governments
Pool Safety Register.

The new laws apply to all properties that have pools. These pools can be private houses, commercial properties, in fact there is no pool that isn’t subject to the new Pool Safety laws

All pools must be inspected by a Pool Safety Inspector
and be brought up to the new code.

Once inspected a Pool Safety Certificate will be issued and lodged with the Pool Safety Council.

No property can be bought, sold or leased without a Pool Safety Certificate

As of the From Dec 2010, Pool Safety Certificates are legally required when selling or leasing a property with a pool. Only a qualified Pool Safety Inspector is able to issue a certificate to show your pool is registered as safe.

In an effort to reduce the number of drowning and immersion incidents, the government has revised laws and has brought into effect, a change in legislation relating to all pools in QLD.

Our main role at AV Pool Safety Inspections is, to inspect your pool to determine whether or not it is compliant with the new pool safety standards as set out by the QLD Government. If your pool complies, we are qualified to issue you with your “Pool Safety Certificate”.  We’re here to make compliance easy and hassle free!

Beware of people offering “Free Pool Inspections” these people obviously aren’t licensed or qualified to certify your pool so they can hardly be expected to give you the right advice. This is paramount to not just your family’s safety, but to all people who may be your guest and use your pool.

All though these new Pool Safety Laws have only recently been introduced, we’ve been in the pool fencing and balustrading industry for over 20 years.
